Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding WAJJAD's business and fostering strategic growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, developing market strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The individual will monitor market trends, collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote the company’s products and services to achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends and data effectively Proficiency in market strategies, proposal development, and business planning Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the tech industry or start-up ecosystem is a plus Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
