Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Pre-Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, and assisting in the creation and implementation of sales strategies. The role also involves evaluating customer needs, providing training, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities•Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and Linked In to introduce training solutions.•Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs in workforce development and talent onboarding.•Collaborate with product and content teams to design customized learning solutions aligned with client goals.•Deliver clear and persuasive product demos and presentations.•Support the sales team in proposal development and deal negotiation throughout the pre-sales process.•Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure trust and smooth transition to post-sales.•Conduct market research to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve offerings.•Log all client interactions and progress accurately in the CRM system.•Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product and content improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.•1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in training, education, or Saa S solutions).•Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.•Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.•Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho).•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Very good command of English (written and spoken).•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and content).
