About the Role We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, learning about business problems, and turning conversations into opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting (email, calls, Linked In, etc.) Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and readiness Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect activity in the CRMPersonalize messaging to different industries and buyer personas Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets Required Qualifications0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections Highly organized with strong time-management skills Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals and results Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) Familiarity with Saa S or B2B sales environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Key Skills Prospecting & lead qualification Communication & active listening Research & personalization Persistence & resilience Collaboration & teamwork What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission/OTEClear career path to Account Executive or other sales roles Training, mentorship, and ongoing development[Benefits, remote flexibility, tools, culture perks]
