The Hotels Operations Consultant is responsible for handling hotel stay bookings and ensuring smooth confirmation and fulfillment with hotels, suppliers, and partners. The role includes communicating in English & Arabic, using systems to manage bookings, resolving availability or booking issues, and supporting daily operations to meet fulfillment KPIs. Experience with hotels, suppliers, or travel agencies are preferred.


Requirements English Level: B2. Min 2 years experience in hotels, travel agencies, or supplier coordination. Strong computer and booking system skills. Ability to manage multiple bookings and resolve issues efficiently. Flexibility for mid shifts and remote work where applicable. Immediate availability and readiness for KPI-driven performance.
