  • Lead and manage the ELV Technical Office, overseeing all technical operations and project deliverables.
  • Develop, review, and approve ELV system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with project objectives.
  • Supervise the preparation of technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals for ELV systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on the integration of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
  • Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards within the technical office.
  • Mentor and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate ELV technologies and products.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
