Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Assess the tutors' performance to ensure that it meets the required standards, using the proper systems, tools, and methodologies


  • Manage the feedback process between the tutors and the Content Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality content on time


  • Ensure that all tutors are informed of our policies and procedures or any changes that might take place


  • Communicate marketplace updates, that is, either new curriculums or new teaching methodologies applied by the Ministry of Education or teaching centers


  • Plan the schedules of all the subjects according to the tutors' availability and manage tutors' requests like schedule changes


  • Reviewing daily/regular performance and advise on changes that will improve efficiencies/quality of the service provided.


  • Developing tutors' performance systems, tools, and techniques.


  • Managing the payroll process for tutors.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and a strong sense of responsibility
