Skills
Requirements (for Agents):
- Amadeus experience is mandatory
- Experience with B2B online booking systems
- Experience in ticketing, hotel bookings, and package creation
- Experience dealing with DMCs (preferred)
- Experience handling corporate accounts (preferred)
Team Leader Requirements:
- Strong background in travel operations
- Experience managing agents and handling corporate accounts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
