Reporting to: Business Development Director Overview:

As a Business Development Executive at AB & Associates, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities & leads and nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintains pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
  • Build strong,long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Provide insight sand feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create proposals and presentations that address client challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
