Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space plans.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.
  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color schemes.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical and shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Coordinate with the technical and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Select materials, finishes, and furniture in line with design concepts and project budgets
  • Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and specification documents.
  • Present design proposals and updates to clients and management.
  • Oversee the implementation of design projects to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior design.
