Our partner is looking for an experienced Partnerships Management Support professional to help drive strategic partnerships that grow revenue, expand market reach, and enhance card product propositions.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop strategic partnerships with retail and e-commerce partners. Analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities and competitive advantages. Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners for card products and loyalty programs. Act as the main point of contact for partners, managing relationships and performance. Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology). Track partnership performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or product management. Experience within financial services, retail, or e-commerce is preferred. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
