Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support - English Speaker located at ETISAL International Group's Cairo office. Responsibilities include providing professional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key tasks involve responding to customer calls, chats, or emails in English, documenting interactions, and adhering to company service standards. Additionally, the role may require collaborating with team members to improve processes and deliver seamless support to customers.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Customer service experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in using office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Ability to work effectively in a team, remain composed under pressure, and manage multitasking Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Previous experience in a similar role or in a BPO/customer service environment is an advantage
