About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to join our growing telecom team. The ideal candidate will lead a telesales unit, drive performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching and feedback. Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize conversions. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to optimize sales campaigns. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team leader role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Telecom industry experience is a strong advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
