Job Description:* Enforce strict daily cash, POS, and revenue reconciliation across all vessels* Control onboard sales and eliminate unauthorized discounts, free consumption, and giveaways* Conduct surprise cash counts on vessels and shore offices* Implement tight inventory and consumption controls (F&B, minibar, fuel, spare parts)* Monitor stock usage, investigate variances, and approve write-offs and wastage* Centralize procurement approvals and enforce approved vendors and pricing* Prevent inflated invoices, duplicate billing, kickbacks, and supplier misconduct* Deliver accurate monthly financial statements by vessel and department* Control payroll, staffing levels, overtime, and prevent ghost employees* Enforce compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and apply zero-tolerance actions for violations
Requirements:* 10–15 years senior financial control experience* Proven background in cruises, hospitality, and hotels* Demonstrated success in fraud prevention and leakage reduction* Extremely hands-on, assertive, and detail-driven* Willing to be on ships regularly, including unannounced inspections
