Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Cairo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Responsibilities will also include maintaining customer satisfaction, conducting market analysis, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure that client needs are met effectively and consistently.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets prefer in kitchen factory field Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of the kitchen, bakery, or laundry equipment industry is highly desirable Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and negotiation Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate cross-departmentally Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
