Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Maadi, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication. Key tasks will include troubleshooting customer problems, providing clear solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills for effectively addressing customer queries and providing updates Ability to perform Troubleshooting and resolve technical or service-related issues Exceptional organizational and time management skills Basic technical knowledge and proficiency with common customer service tools Experience in a multilingual customer support role is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Maadi, QLD
