Job Details

• Manage salary structures, grading, and job evaluations• Conduct salary benchmarking and support annual salary reviews• Administer employee benefits programs and vendor coordination• Maintain and analyze compensation & benefits data using SAP (HR/HCM)• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits• Hands-on SAP user experience is a must• Strong analytical and reporting skills
