Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a French Team Leader based in Qesm El Maadi. The role includes overseeing and supporting the performance of a team, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring adherence to company standards and processes. Day-to-day, you will monitor team performance, analyze quality metrics, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve operational issues effectively.
