We are currently seeking a highly qualified Warranty Engineer to join our team and oversee warranty operations within our service network.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in authorized service centers or automotive dealerships.
Technical Background: Deep understanding of automotive systems and warranty protocols for major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Coordination: Monitor and ensure the availability of required spare parts according to specific repair orders.
Documentation & Reporting: Review and audit all technical reports and claims related to warranty work to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
Workshop Logistics: Verify the timely delivery of spare parts to the workshop to maintain repair efficiency.
Customer Relations: Follow up on and resolve customer complaints specifically related to warranty issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
