Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo. The responsibilities include assisting clients, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships. The role involves handling customer feedback, managing communication via phone and email, and actively contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in delivering excellent Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of client interaction Strong communication and Phone Etiquette skills Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
