Job Title: 2D Production Designer & Finalizer
Brand Aid is a vertically integrated marketing Agency and a Production House that designs & produces all BTL activities, Events, Exhibitions and In-store visibility POSM. Since 2006 the company has been designing and producing customized and sparking marketing solutions with the goal to lead the sector in the region.
Brand Aid operates in GCC and Levant to cover Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Workplace: at the Production House (Factory).
Key Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality 2D graphics in line with brand guidelines and project requirements. Prepare production-ready artwork files according to technical and fabrication specifications. Translate creative concepts into accurate execution files, including measurements, vector cutting paths, and construction details. Optimize artwork for manufacturing using various materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, and other substrates. Ensure full technical accuracy across all files (scale, color modes, resolution, bleed, and file organization). Collaborate closely with Technical and Production teams to meet material and fabrication requirements. Modify and refine files based on production feedback while maintaining design integrity. Anticipate execution challenges and provide practical, cost-effective solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Maintain an organized file management system. Stay up to date with production technologies, materials, and industry best practices. Requirements:Proven experience as a Production Designer, Artwork Finalizer, or Technical Graphic Designer. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (InDesign is a plus). Strong understanding of vector artwork, cutting paths, and production file setup. Experience preparing files for CNC, laser cutting, or large-format printing is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, and fabrication techniques. High attention to detail with a technical mindset. Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications (Plus):Experience in advertising agencies, exhibition stands, retail displays, or production houses. Familiarity with prepress and fabrication workflows. Basic understanding of 3D structures or spatial design.
