Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales professional at ELTarek Automotive, located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Senior Sales team member will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting client consultations, and providing exceptional customer service. They will play a key role in training junior sales staff, managing sales processes, and ensuring customers have a positive and personalized experience.
Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relationship-building Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets Customer Service aptitude to deliver exceptional experiences Experience in Sales Management, including leading and supporting sales teams Ability to mentor and train junior staff to enhance their performance Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills are an advantage Proven experience in the automotive industry is a plus
