We are looking for a professional Account Manager with 5–7 years of experience in the construction / real estate development sector to join our growing team.
???? Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in construction or real estate development companies
Strong experience in client accounts, contracts, invoicing, and collections
Excellent knowledge of financial follow-up, claims, and variations
Good command of Excel & MS Office
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Experience dealing with consultants, suppliers, and developers
???? Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and financial follow-up
Track invoices, collections, and outstanding payments
Prepare account statements and monthly financial reports
Coordinate with Finance, Projects, and Legal departments
Follow up on contract variations, claims, and approvals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
