Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients operating within the pet care and animal solutions industry, through its Disruptive Pets division. The organization is expanding its regional presence and is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to support and drive commercial growth across key markets.
Role Overview
The Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading commercial activities across assigned countries, developing growth strategies, and strengthening market presence through effective partnerships and channel management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional commercial and sales strategies
Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned territories
Manage distributor, partner, and key customer relationships
Lead commercial negotiations and support pricing strategies
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution
Prepare commercial performance reports and forecasts
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in commercial management, sales, or business development roles
Regional exposure within the Middle East is preferred
Background in pet care, animal health, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to operate independently in a regional role
Willingness to travel as required
