Description:


· Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


· Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.


· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.


· Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.


· Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes and support business objectives.


· Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.


· Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.


· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling.


· Resolve operational issues promptly, including shipment delays, inventory shortages, and equipment malfunctions.


· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
