  • Lead and supervise a telesales team on a daily basis
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs (sales, conversion rate, AHT, quality)
  • Coach agents on objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Handle escalated customer cases when needed
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
  • Support new hires during onboarding and nesting period
