Role Objective:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Windows Server Administrator to join our team remotely. Our infrastructure is entirely based on Windows Server, and we manage a large-scale web hosting environment powered by Plesk, Microsoft Exchange, R1Soft and Veeam Backup. Monitoring is handled via Zabbix, and WHMCS is used for customer management and billing.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (IIS, FTP, DNS, RDP, etc)
  • Manage and configure Plesk Panel (websites, SSL, email, databases, etc)
  • Operate and support Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Oversee backup operations and restoration using R1Soft and Veeam Backup
  • Handle email security and delivery setup
  • Monitor servers and respond to incidents via Zabbix
  • Secure systems through proper firewall configurations and patch management
  • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks
  • Manage SSL installations and renewals
  • Work within WHMCS to support customer provisioning and ticket resolution
  • Perform log analysis and root cause investigation for issues and outages
