Role Description
We are seeking fluent Dutch Speakers for an on-site, full-time role at our Giza location. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent support, resolving technical or service-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication to address client needs professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication skills are essential). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in handling inquiries and resolving issues accurately. Technical aptitude to assist with troubleshooting and technical support queries. Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using software tools and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is an advantage. A positive and professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
