We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at e Clerx Egypt.

*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
▪️Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.

*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

*Requirements:*
▪️Fluency in English (B1+ Level )
▪️Bachelor’s degree

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for English speakers at our Cairo office. The role involves providing exceptional communication and customer service, crafting professional content, and collaborating with teams to support different projects. Responsibilities may include contributing to marketing campaigns and ensuring the highest standards of quality in both oral and written English communications.

Qualifications

Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading content Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in time management and multitasking Prior experience in customer service or related roles is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is a strong advantage Proficiency level of English from b1+ to b2
