Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Telesales Team Leader with experience in the training field. The Telesales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of telesales representatives to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include daily monitoring of team performance, providing feedback, creating and implementing training programs, and maintaining engagement with customers. The role also involves developing sales strategies, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs. Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management to mentor, guide, and motivate team members. Excellent Sales acumen with a goal-driven mindset to achieve and exceed targets. Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage priorities and resolve challenges efficiently. Previous experience in telesales or the training industry is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment.
