تفاصيل الوظيفة

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Delay Analysis Instructor at Link Academy. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering an online interactive course that bridges the gap between Primavera P6 and Claims Management.

The role focuses on teaching the "Forensic" side of scheduling. You will guide participants through the journey of identifying delays, performing Forensic Delay Analysis methodologies (such as Time Impact Analysis, As-Built vs. As-Planned, and Windows Analysis), and translating these technical findings into professional Extension of Time (EOT) claims. The goal is to ensure engineers can use P6 to technically justify delays and protect their projects' contractual and financial positions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Planning and Forensic Delay Analysis. Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, with a deep focus on baseline management and progress updates for forensic use. Mastery of Delay Analysis Methodologies (TIA, Impacted As-Planned, As-Built vs. As-Planned, etc.) as per SCL (Society of Construction Law) protocols. Strong background in Claims Management and understanding of FIDIC/contractual clauses related to EOT. Experience in delivering professional training or workshops, preferably in an online format, is a huge plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to work remotely and independently.
