We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team remotely and support the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and custom business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in cost-effective regions.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Build and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, automation, and security models Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions Optimize Salesforce performance, code quality, and scalability Support deployments, testing, and troubleshooting across environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, BAs, Product, QA) Ensure best practices for Salesforce development and security
Requirements3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSLExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Solid understanding of Flows, automation, and security (roles, profiles, permission sets) Experience with integrations and APIsFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DXGood communication skills and ability to work remotely Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I )
