Role Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires the candidate to have their own car and visit industrial areas and factories directly to engage with potential clients. The main responsibilities include: • Visiting factories in different industrial zones to present SWTYW and onboard them onto our platform. • Identifying, engaging, and building relationships with factory decision-makers. • Generating leads and following up to convert prospects into active platform users. • Providing excellent customer service and understanding clients’ needs to deliver tailored solutions. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction. • Meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets.
Qualifications • Own a car and willing to travel across industrial zones in Cairo and nearby regions. • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients. • Proven sales and lead generation abilities with a results-driven mindset. • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships. • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with internal teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Experience in the manufacturing sector or B2B marketplaces is a plus.
