  • Supports WUZZUF clients in regards to their recruitment needs, salaries, and job descriptions as well as the quality of posted jobs.
  • Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams in regard to the clients’ feedback.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
