Job Details

  • Assist in full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
  • Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.
  • Support payroll preparation with accurate data and documentation.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and administrative reports.
  • Support HR policies implementation and employee relations activities.
  • Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed.
