We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our advertiser and agency accounts, manage campaigns end-to-end, and ensure smooth execution, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with assigned brand and agency accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sale
- Manage campaign timelines, content schedules, and asset delivery
- Coordinate with internal operations and tech teams to ensure flawless execution
- Oversee media placements, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking
- Ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign reviews
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle renewals and long-term account growth
