  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Implement best practices for equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and train junior technicians and maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations to recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and technologies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
