with “Scrum”: well, we actually see Scrum as a big toolbox. By the time we tuned it

and made it work perfectly with our work philosophy and needs.

Job Description:

You’ll join the team behind several innovative, in-house apps, the kind you can’t

buy off the shelf because they simply don’t exist anywhere else. Some are

brand-new ideas; others are established tools we’re constantly improving. Your

main mission will be to keep these systems running smoothly. When something

crashes or breaks, you’ll step in to diagnose, fix, and prevent it from happening

again.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor the different applications and data flows.
* Apply technical fixes following the industry best practices.
* Provide short daily operational reports to give the team visibility on what needs further investigation, rebuilding, or redesign.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Demonstrated 2-5 or more years of professional experience in software engineering.
* Almost completely autonomous with a proactive mindset that always asks for more
* Producing realistic and reliable software project estimates
* Good communication and collaboration abilities.
* Curious.
