Bachelor Degree is required. 2-3 years relevant Human Resources experience. Good knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, Administration, and Employee Relations functions when Governmental is preferable. Require a working technical knowledge of payroll & attendance systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, projects, effective presentations and facilitate meetings. Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
