  • Site Inspections: Conduct daily walk-through inspections across all factory departments to identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Work Permits: Review, issue, and monitor work permits (e.g., Working at Heights, Hot Work, Confined Spaces), ensuring full compliance with safety isolation procedures.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ensure proper use of PPE by employees and visitors, and verify that all protective equipment is in good working condition.
  • Emergency & Fire Safety: Carry out routine inspections of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and first-aid kits to maintain emergency preparedness.
  • Environmental Compliance: Monitor emissions and industrial waste disposal activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Safety Training: Support the delivery of toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for employees, new hires, and contractors.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily HSE activities and promptly report incidents, accidents, and near misses to the HSE Manager.
  • Emergency Response: Actively participate as a member of the emergency response and evacuation teams during drills and real emergency situations.
