We are a growing professional services firm providing Internal Audit outsourcing/co-sourcing, Risk Management, Governance, and strategic consultancy services. Our target clients are KSA listed entities on Tadawul and Nomu.
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings and build a predictable pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll do (Day-to-day):
Prospect into KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah/Eastern Province) via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage decision makers: Chief Audit Executive (CAE), CFO, Head of Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit Committee office
Qualify opportunities (need, authority, timeline, scope) and book meetings for the senior team
Maintain accurate CRM records: contacts, notes, next steps, pipeline stages
Follow up, nurture leads, and re-engage warm accounts
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, offers, and target lists
Hit weekly activity and outcome KPIs (example: connects, meetings booked, meetings held, SQLs created)
What success looks like:
Month 1: build target list + book first qualified meetings
Month 2: consistent weekly meetings + early proposals in progress
Month 3: predictable pipeline creation + contribution to closed deals
