  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products to clients and project sites.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, customs clearance paperwork, and other required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues or delays to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align logistics schedules with project timelines and client requirements.
  • Negotiate with freight forwarders, transport companies, and couriers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies in logistics processes.
  • Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
