Job Purpose
 

The Technical Sales Engineer will drive sales growth by providing technical expertise, building strong client relationships, and promoting our ready-mix concrete solutions. This role blends engineering knowledge with sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ready-mix concrete market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key accounts.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions align with project specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and technical submittals.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure product performance and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer need to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the Ready-Mix division.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
