Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven CRM Team Leader to lead and manage CRM operations across the automotive customer lifecycle. This role is responsible for overseeing CRM strategy execution, managing a CRM team, and ensuring effective coordination with marketing, sales, and aftersales stakeholders to drive lead conversion, customer retention, and overall customer experience. Automotive industry experience is mandatory for this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the CRM team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
  • Oversee end-to-end automotive CRM operations covering leads, sales, aftersales, and retention journeys
  • Ensure effective execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and aftersales teams to align CRM strategy with business objectives
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics such as lead conversion, customer retention, service follow-up, and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper segmentation within CRM systems
  • Optimize customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and experience
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management
  • Ensure CRM processes follow internal standards and best practices


Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry is mandatory
  • Strong background in CRM, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven marketing
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a CRM or customer experience team
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (automotive CRM systems or enterprise CRM tools)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Arabic fluency required; English proficiency is an advantage
