Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Mall operations Senior Supervisor

 What you will do ?

•         Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including managing tenant relations and resolving any issues or concerns

• Monitor and enforce mall policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by tenants, staff, and guests


• Handle guest/tenant complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction


• Coordinate with tenants regarding sales report, rent collection, and any contract-related matters


• Conduct regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any operations concerns and take appropriate actions


• Prepare reports and updates on the mall's operations, including financial and operational performance, for management review


• Responsible for permissions update based on the feedback received from finance and other functions 


• Manage office administrative tasks and office boy         

Skills

   What you will need ?

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Management Information Systems


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently


• Knowledge of Property Management, maintenance, and lease agreement


• Familiarity with fire and Safety regulations and risk Management


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field


• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or mall industry


• Minimum 3 Years in managing a team
