About The Role!The Outbound Senior Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing outbound operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, on time, and according to defined SLAs. The role acts as a key execution lead on the floor, bridging Team Leaders, warehouse staff, and management to ensure daily targets are met with quality and efficiency.Job Code:2026FULF-076Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Operations Execution:
- Own day-to-day outbound operations (picking, packing, staging, dispatch readiness).
- Ensure daily outbound targets are met in line with SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor order flow and prioritize workloads based on cut-off times and carrier schedules.
- Ensure correct packaging standards are applied, especially for fragile and premium orders.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Supervise floor staff during outbound shifts.
- Provide clear instructions, task allocation, and real-time support to teams.
- Act as the first escalation point for operational issues on the outbound floor.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and performance follow-up of coordinators and TLs.
- Quality, Accuracy & Compliance:
- Ensure high pick & pack accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct spot checks and quality audits on outbound orders.
- Reduce rework, damages, and mis-picks through process discipline.
- Enforce safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report outbound KPIs (orders/hour, accuracy %, backlog, SLA adherence).
- Highlight risks early (capacity gaps, absenteeism, delays).
- Support management with daily and weekly performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Coordinate with Inbound, Inventory, Account Management, and Tech teams to resolve blockers.
- Align with carriers and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Support peak planning and special campaigns in collaboration with Operations Management.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations.
- Previous experience in outbound, dispatch, or production floor supervision.
- Strong understanding of pick & pack workflows and operational KPIs.
- Hands-on leadership experience managing teams on the floor.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
