Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting garment manufacturers into clients through strategic lead generation, solution selling, and deal closure for digital manufacturing solutions such as MES, QMS, MMS and WMS.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads within garment, apparel, and other sorts of discrete manufacturing sectors
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence
Present smart manufacturing and digital solutions aligned with client operational needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Activate deals by coordinating internal teams for onboarding and implementation
Track pipeline, sales performance, and client acquisition targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition goals

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in technology or garment manufacturing.
Strong B2B sales and business development mindset
Strategic thinking and solution-based selling
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to understand manufacturing operations and digital solutions
Results-driven with strong pipeline and target management skills
