The project:

A major upscale residential development designed as a fully integrated community that blends luxury living, green landscapes, and modern urban amenities.

You’ll be responsible for:

Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and preparation of procurement reports.

Applies value management techniques and contributes to estimating and cost planning for final cost plans.

Participates in all procurement stages, including prequalification, enquiries, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.

Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, valuations, and managing variations in line with contract terms.

Works with Cost Consultants to deliver cost control, reporting services, and financial reports as required by the client.

Identifies and tracks costs related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client charges.

Assists in issuing certificates of practical completion, making good defects, and supporting final account agreements.

Provides team support, builds stakeholder relationships, coaches junior staff, and contributes to net-zero carbon objectives.
 

You’ll need to have:
 

• Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
