The project:

A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses, and support formal contract execution.

  
  

• Advise on contract administration and interpretation of contract terms.

  
  

• Measure works, prepare valuations, and agree variations in line with contract requirements.

  
  

• Provide cost control, monitoring, and reporting throughout the contract period.

  
  

• Prepare regular financial reports aligned with client requirements.

  
  

• Identify all cost impacts related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client directives.

  
  

• Participate in evaluating contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs.

  
  

• Advise on issuance of completion certificates and ensure negotiation and agreement of final accounts, including defect-related certificates.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).

  
  

• Proficient knowledge and expertise in specific sector/market of project/role. 

  
  

• Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio/s.

  
  

• Experience in most forms of contract.

  
  

• Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on Contract Administration and Contract Management.
