The project:
A major upscale residential development designed as a fully integrated community that blends luxury living, green landscapes, and modern urban amenities.
You’ll be responsible for:
Conducts feasibility studies, advises on procurement strategies and contract selection, and prepares detailed procurement reports.
Leads value management activities and manages estimating and cost planning, including ownership and presentation of final cost plans.
Supports contractor procurement, prepares contract documents and bonds, and advises on contract administration.
Measures works, prepares valuations, manages variations, and provides cost control and reporting throughout the contract.
Produces financial reports, identifies cost impacts of design or construction changes, and evaluates claims for delays and additional costs.
Oversees completion processes, including practical completion, defects resolution, and agreement of final accounts.
Drives process improvements, mentors junior team members, and builds strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Supports net‑zero carbon objectives by proactively identifying and managing carbon impacts during project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Commercial and financial acumen.
Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
Experience of managing parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of developing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
