About this Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead integration and consolidation activities within Office IT Infrastructure. This role focuses on optimising services, reducing legacy systems, and ensuring efficient delivery of infrastructure projects. The individual will act as the single point of contact for service integration, represent Office IT topics in project review meetings, and manage end-to-end integration objectives within time and budget.

- Support DCRB/IRB submissions and provide technical advice on raised demands.
- Deliver cost estimates, track budgets, and drive continual service improvement.
- Review and assess new Office IT Infrastructure demands and define action plans for projects.
- Ensure successful execution of project activities, timely reporting, and escalation of issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring productivity and positive feedback.
- Represent Office IT Infrastructure topics in project review meetings and manage integration and legacy reduction activities.
Who you are
- Holder of a BSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 8 years of IT support experience, including 5 years in IT team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge in MS systems, cloud services, and infrastructure components (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Windows Servers, etc.).
- Skilled in IT security requirements, project management, service delivery, and demand management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to work across diverse cultures.
